Return & Refund Policy

We at FutAmigo work hard to deliver products that you’ll love. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

To initiate a return, simply email us at cjdoesbusiness@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. Once approved, you’ll receive further instructions for pickup or shipping. Please note that return shipping charges may apply, depending on the reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Customized or personalized products

• Items purchased during clearance sales

• Products showing signs of use or damage after delivery

In case of a defective or incorrect product, we’ll bear all return costs and send you a replacement at no extra charge.
