Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change — that’s why FutAmigo allows easy order cancellations within a limited time frame.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been processed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot accept cancellations.

To request cancellation, please email us at cjdoesbusiness@gmail.com with your order ID and reason. If approved, your payment will be refunded within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.

Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is canceled before shipment, you’ll receive a full refund. However, if the package has already left our warehouse, please refer to our return policy instead.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, if you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately. Repeated cancellations may affect your eligibility for COD in the future.

Failed or Delayed Delivery

If your order cannot be delivered due to incomplete address or unavailability, we’ll attempt redelivery or initiate cancellation after contacting you.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or payment verification problems. You’ll be notified promptly in such cases.
